Mr Jose María Fernández de la Vega is a licensed pharmacist specialising in nutrition and nervous system supplementation. He graduated from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and completed advanced training in nutrition and supplementation for the nervous system at ISMET, becoming an expert in personalised supplementation protocols.

In 2024, he was recognised as Young Wellness Leader of the Year for his research on neurotransmitter imbalances and how targeted supplementation can help address neurological conditions such as anxiety, depression and ADHD.

Mr Fernández de la Vega works with both health professionals and corporate clients to optimise general health, prevent chronic diseases, and improve performance through nutrition, lifestyle interventions, and personalised supplementation strategies.
