Within an empathic, consistent and safe psychotherapeutic space, supporting the patient by acknowledging and understanding their emotional and psychological difficulties in the ‘here and now’.
Through an explorative work on emotions, thoughts and behaviours, and within the clinical relationship, the patient is helped to access early life experiences and gain insight into their current lives.
The objective is to facilitate change and improve overall well-being.
