I am unwell but unsure which is the best specialist for me; what shall I do?

Not a problem. If you are unsure, please contact us, and we will redirect you to the most appropriate specialist. No GP referral is required. Among our clinicians, we have an Internal Medicine Specialist who can provide first-line assessment and further input. 

I cannot find my condition among the listed ones.

My condition should require more than one specialist’s input; what shall I do?

A holistic and multidisciplinary approach is one of the key values of M.I.A.L. We have pre-arranged care pathways to meet the needs of complex and interdisciplinary conditions. We also have multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases among the most appropriate experts. 

Do you take any insurance Payments?

We accept self-payers and most insurance providers.

I’ve never talked to anyone. I’m used to handling things on my own. Aren’t people who go to therapy weak?

Not a problem. People who ask for help know when they need it and have the courage to reach out. Everyone needs help now and then. We all work together to help you explore and identify your strengths and implement the best treatment plan for you. 

M.I.A.L is an Italian medical group, but the Italian Services in Italy are cheaper; why?

We recognise that London prices are higher than Italian prices. However, we have to consider the level of our clinicians and the cost of providing the service, which is inevitably more expensive in London than in Italy, and we accept most health insurance.
